Privacy policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit lazuliofficial.com or place an order, and what we do with it. We keep it short because the system is simple.

What we collect

• Order information — name, shipping address, email address, and the items you bought. Collected through Stripe Checkout when you place an order.
• Contact form submissions — name, email, optional phone, and the message you send.
• Aggregate site analytics — anonymized, cookieless page-view data via Cloudflare Web Analytics. No individual tracking; no cookie banner needed.

What we do not collect

• Payment information. Credit card numbers and payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Browsing history across other sites.
• Marketing tracking pixels — we use none.

Who we share with

• Stripe — processes payments and stores order and customer records on our behalf
• Resend — sends transactional email (order confirmations, contact form responses)
• Cloudflare — hosts the site and provides DNS, edge caching, and email routing
• Shipping carriers — receive your address to deliver your order

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as Stripe retains them (typically multi-year, for tax and dispute purposes). Contact form submissions are deleted from our inbox after they're resolved. Aggregate analytics are kept for ~30 days by Cloudflare.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete or share a copy of any personal information we have about you. Email hello@lazuliofficial.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
