Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Rates

Flat $4.99 Standard Shipping on every order, regardless of how many DuoPods are in your cart.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes another 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 14 business days of shipment, email orders@lazuliofficial.com with your order ID and we'll make it right.

Address changes

We can update your shipping address as long as the order has not yet shipped. Email us immediately at orders@lazuliofficial.com with the new address and your order ID.
