Agreement

By using lazuliofficial.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. By placing an order you also agree to Stripe's consumer terms.

Prices, availability, and product details may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Use of the site

You agree not to use the site to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, scrape data at scale, or interfere with the site's operation.

Intellectual property

The Lazuli name, the DuoPod product, the site content, and the source code are owned by Lazuli. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify any of it without written permission. See the repository LICENSE for code-specific terms.

Warranty disclaimer

DuoPod is sold "as is." We do not warrant that the site or the product will meet every use case or be uninterrupted. The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazuli's total liability for any claim relating to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on the homepage.
