Returns

30-day return window

If your DuoPod isn't right for you, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email orders@lazuliofficial.com with your order ID and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the shipping address.
3. Ship the item back at your own expense. We recommend tracked shipping; we can't refund items we don't receive.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return (typically within 2 business days), we'll issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method. Refunds usually post within 5 business days.

What's refunded

We refund the product price. Original shipping ($4.99) is not refunded except on defective items.

Defective items

If your DuoPod arrives defective or breaks under normal use, email orders@lazuliofficial.com with your order ID and a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund, including original shipping, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We don't process exchanges directly. To swap colors: return the first DuoPod for a refund using the steps above and place a new order for the color you want.
